Calls will automatically go to VoIPMail whenever you are on another call, when you're away from your phone, or when your broadband connection is not available.
Setting up VoIPMail
To set up VoIPMail, dial *1 from your VoIP line. You will be prompted to enter
your password. Your initial password is the PIN number found in the Welcome
Letter Cordia sent to you. Once you enter your password, you will access the
Voice Mail menu. You can then record your unavailable and busy greetings,
and change your password.
Message Notification and Retrieval
You will receive an email from Cordia every time someone leaves a VoIPMail
message for you. Just click on the link in the e-mail, and log onto Account
Manager with your telephone number and password. Click on Voice Mail, then
your phone number, then Submit. You can now download and listen to your
messages and manage your folders. To retrieve messages from your VoIP line,
dial *1 and enter your password. From any other touchtone phone, dial your
VoIP telephone number. Press * when you hear your outgoing message, then
enter your password. A recording tells you how many new and old messages
you have.
